WHAT WE OFFER
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be based at our headquarters in Rødovre and make sure we have the happiest customers in the world.
You will be in touch with our customers from around the world via email, Social Media and by phone to support them with everything from track & trace of packages to product and payment specific questions.
The language spoken with our customers is English, and the internal company language is Danish.

- You are patient and thrive with repetitive tasks as you will experience a lot of similar customer inquiries during a work-day.
