Terms of Delivery

Please find our delivery time at the checkout page. At peak times there may be a couple of extra days added to the delivery time. You will receive an email from us when we ship your order. All orders must be made via our website.

We can change or remove items from your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. If you want to make a change to your order, please give us a call or write a mail to support@cphgrooming.com with 'order change - and your order number' in the subject line.

As soon as your order is processed by us, we will send you an email. If you have not received an email from us, your package has not yet been shipped.
You can always track your package by clicking on the link we've sent you. You’ll find the link in the same mail that confirms the shipment of your package.
If the track and trace link (that we sent you the in the mail you received when we shipped your package), shows that the package is ready for pickup, you can in most cases visit your local post office with a valid ID and your tracking id to get the package handed out.
If you have not received an order confirmation shortly after you completed your order, it may mean that an error has occurred during your purchase. Maybe you have entered an incorrect email. Contact us, and we can help you.
Men will be men, and sometimes things can slip. Of course, you will receive all your products, which you have ordered. Call us or write an email, and we will fix it!
You always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. From the day we receive your cancellation you have 14 days to return the product. Further you have two years guarantee for faulty goods, which covers goods that are defective according to current consumer legislation. If you wish to claim an error on an ordered item, please contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the mistake.
It may take some days for the postal service to deliver the package to us, and a few more days for us to process it. Afterwards, our bank will make the transfer to you. Normally treatment time will, therefore, be at least one week. Remember to write a message about what your return is concerning when you send it to us.We always try to pay you back on the credit card you used for the same purchase, but in particular cases, we will ask for an additional account number.
Yes, buddy. We will take all packages back as long as the goods are in excellent condition. Products with odors and/or broken packaging do not count as good condition and are therefore not accepted.
You must pay the freight return unless it is our fault that you send a return - then we will, of course, cover the expenses.
You simply return the package to our address and attach a message to your wishes. Do you want your money back, a gift certificate or new products? We are always ready to speak with you, bud.
