Orders & Delivery

We can change or merge your order(s) if the package has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation by email shortly after you have completed your order, it may be due to an error has occurred your purchase.

It is human to make mistakes, and sometimes things can slip. We’ll do anything to help if you’re missing some item(s) in your order.

Your order will be shipped as soon as it has been processed in our system. It can take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed.

If you haven’t received an email from us, your package hasn’t been shipped yet.

If the track and trace link shows that the package is ready for pickup, you can in most cases go to your local post office or pickup shop with a valid ID and tracking ID to get the package handed out.

Payment & Returns

When your order has been approved and processed you’ll receive an order confirmation on the email you’ve listed at check out.

If the purchase did not go through, but a reservation has been made in your bank account it might be due to an error occurring during the payment. In this case, the reserved amount will be released within 1-5 business days.

When you place an order we’ll reserve the amount on your account. We’ll deduct the amount as soon as the goods depart from our warehouse.

You can find the payment methods we accept in your country at checkout. You must choose your country to see the country specific payment methods we offer.

We do not store or see your payment information. The account information you enter when purchasing our products is sent directly in encrypted form (SSL), and only you and the Payment Service Provider have access to this information.
By following us on social media such as Facebook and Instagram, you`re always the first to get our discounts and offers. We also recommend that you sign up for our newsletter, so you`ll never miss anything.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after your purchase. From the day we receive your cancellation you have 14 days to return the product. We’ll refund your order as soon as we have received the package at our warehouse. It usually takes around 1-7 business days for the payment to be visible on your account.

Furthermore, you are covered with a two year guarantee for faulty goods. This covers goods that are defective according to current consumer legislation.

If you wish to claim an error on an ordered product, please contact us at support@cphgrooming.com as soon as possible after you have discovered the damaged product(s).

The package you are returning must be unopened and appear unused. If the returned item(s) do not appear unopened and unused we reserve the right to reduce the refund.

You must pay for the shipping cost on the returned package. If a mistake happened from our side, we’ll, of course, cover the shipping cost. Always send a picture of the postal receipt for verification and proof that the package has been returned to us.

You can return your package to our warehouse with an attached return form. Always write to us at support@cphgrooming.com before returning your purchased products. When we receive your request to return, we’ll send you a return form by email.

If you are claiming our Growth Guarantee, remember that your claim has to be approved by our Customer Relations Team. You can return your purchased products when your claim is approved.
