Has my order been accepted?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided on our page almost instantly after your purchase has been approved.
The purchase did not go through, but a reservation has been made in my bank account anyway?
There may rarely be made a reservation on your bank account if an error occurred during the payment. In this case, the amount will be released within 1-5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?

When do you deduct the money on my account?
We will not deduct the amount from your account before the goods depart from Copenhagen Grooming's warehouse.
