PRICES

Prices are subject to change frequently. We cannot adjust current pricing based on previous offers or promotions once the purchase has been made. When a buyer places an order and it is accepted by Copenhagen Grooming, the billing will be based on the price valid on the order date. In EU countries, all prices include VAT. For orders outside the EU, prices do not include VAT, except for Norway where VAT is included in the online price (as we are registered under the VOEC scheme). These pricing details are clearly indicated on each product page and in your shopping cart.

We do not covers costs for import fees for countries outside the EU. We therefore advise customers to familiarize themselves with their country’s import regulations and compliance requirements. We cannot predict these costs as customs policies and import duties differ significantly across countries. It’s crucial to understand and follow your region’s import requirements, as they can vary based on your country’s laws and customs regulations. We suggest contacting local authorities or checking their official websites for information about any applicable import duties or charges on your goods.

As the importer, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations to facilitate a smooth import process. The customer is fully responsible for all postal fees, costs of return shipments, customs fees, and handling charges if they choose to reject a package due to import duties or taxes.

ORDER

The purchaser’s order from https://cphgrooming.com/ does not constitute a binding acceptance, but a mandatory offer to Copenhagen Grooming to purchase the item under the terms stated. A binding agreement between the buyer and Copenhagen Grooming is only concluded when Copenhagen Grooming accepts an offer by the buyer on an Order Confirmation.

PAYMENT

The account information you enter when purchasing products is sent directly in encrypted form (SSL), and only you and the Payment Service Provider have access to this information. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. When purchasing with a credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the goods depart from Copenhagen Grooming.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints must be made within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the buyer is thus required to check the products as soon as possible after arrival.

Delivery Time

We take great care in delivering your goods safely and securely. To enhance your shopping experience, we offer free shipping for all purchases over $112, whether it's to your private address or business location. For orders less than this amount, you can easily find the applicable shipping cost at the checkout page.

Please be aware that if you choose to have the product delivered without a signature, Copenhagen Grooming cannot assume liability for any products that are lost or damaged upon delivery. For more detailed information about our shipping prices, please refer to the relevant section below.

In instances where an item is not in stock, we may experience a longer waiting period before we can ship your order. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations and assure you that we make every effort to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

Cancellation and Return

At Copenhagen Grooming, we offer you the flexibility to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products. If you decide to cancel, please notify us, and then you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in mint condition, unused, and their original packaging, ensuring they are still sellable. If the returned goods do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

Please note that while we refund the full cost of your order in the event of a cancellation within the 14-day period, we do not refund the shipping costs if you choose to return the products. Additionally, if you opted for a faster and more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping, then the extra costs incurred will also not be refunded. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method or card originally used for the purchase.

You are entitled to a minimum 2-year guarantee for any faulty goods. If you identify a valid issue with your purchase, please contact us at your earliest convenience to address the problem.

Before returning any goods, please reach out to our support team in our Live chat or at support@cphgrooming.com. This ensures your return is processed efficiently and without unnecessary delays.

If you return goods after the 14-day period from receipt we unfortunately cant reimburse your order. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, Copenhagen Grooming will cover the return expenses. We do not accept products sent back unstamped or with “cash on delivery.” 

When returning items, please use a distribution company that offers tracking to avoid loss during shipping. Ensure the item is adequately packaged, include a copy of the invoice, and clearly state the reason for return on the return form.

Shipping prices

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs or import duties are applied once the package arrives in the destination country. The recipient of the package is responsible for paying these fees. Regrettably, we are unable to predict these costs, as customs policies and import duties differ greatly across countries. The customer is fully liable for all postal expenses, costs of returning the shipment, customs fees, and handling charges if they choose to reject a package due to import duties or taxes.

Your goods will be delivered safely and securely. There is free shipping to your private address or business address on all purchases over $ 112t. If your purchase is below this amount, please find shipping price at the checkout page.

Note! If you have consented to the product being placed without a signature, Copenhagen Grooming cannot be held liable for lost or damaged products upon delivery.

We always try to deliver the item as soon as possible. If the item is not in stock, there may be a longer waiting time.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your product. After notifying us about the cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item/items.

To undo a purchase, the packaging and product must appear in mint condition and be completely unused so the product still can be sold. If the returned goods differ from the above, we reserve the right to make a reduced refund.

If you make use of your right to cancel an order within 14 days, we refund all your payments for the order excluding shipping costs. The money will be refunded with the same payment method/to the same card you have used for payment.

You always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee for faulty goods. If you wish to claim a valid error on an ordered item, please contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the mistake.

Always contact our support at support@cphgrooming.com before returning goods, as the processing of your return case may otherwise be delayed.

If you are returning your goods after 14 days from you received the package, you must pay for the return of the package. If the fault is on our side, we will of course cover the expenses. Products returned unstamped or paid with a “cash on delivery” are refused receipt. When returning products, please use a distribution company that offers tracking - please don't use any alternative package distributors, this makes it impossible to track the item if these should be lost during return shipping. You should ship the item adequately packaged with a copy of the invoice and please state clearly the reason for the return on the return form.

Product Return Policy
