What products are included in the Growth Guarantee?

All additional Beard Rollers, Activators, Cleansers and SideKick tablets to starter Beard Growth Kit of (minimum 150 days) are included in the Growth Guarantee.
I have multiple orders, are they all included in the Growth Guarantee?

All growth guarantee enabled products (Beard Growth Kits, Activators, Cleansers, Beard Rollers, SideKick) purchased alongside a Beard Growth Kit (minimum 150 days) will be refunded in the Growth Guarantee no matter how many separate orders you have placed. All growth support products (such as The Greenkeeper, The Offzite, etc.) are not eligible for the Growth Guarantee as they do not stimulate growth alone.
I received a growth guarantee enabled product as a gift, how do I enable my growth guarantee?

On the circumstance that you received a product as a gift, simply get a hold of the order number and the process is possible.
How many pictures are enough?

The Growth Guarantee has a submission requirement of a minimum 1 picture per month of active use for the 150 days required period. (This means a total of 5 pictures)
Does the Growth guarantee apply with a combination of third party products?

No, The Growth guarantee only applies if you start your journey with our Beard Growth kit 150 day supply. Our roller is specially designed for our Activator and we cannot guarantee its effect if supplemented with a third party derma roller.
What defines “results” i.e. how much/little growth is enough to make a claim?

We always review each case individually, and take natural growth into account when approving a growth Guarantee.
When can I make my Growth Guarantee claim and is there a deadline?

We recommend that you use the Beard Growth Kit for a minimum of 150 days - as our studies show that after 150 days you should see an indication of how the Beard Growth Kit will affect you. (new hairs start appearing where there were none before etc.). After 150 days you can make your claim, and no stress, the guarantee is not going anywhere.
I have used the Beard Growth Kit for less than 150 days, can I get a refund?

If you have used the Beard Growth Kit for less than 150 days, you have not yet unlocked your Growth Guarantee.
